Our History
2015
In June 2015, our founders made a choice to sidestep traditional agency life.
Vine Design was born: a customer-focused service provider with an emphasis on transparency and education. After a decade spent working on campaigns globally, our founders were ready to set a new industry standard of service.
2017
Team Growth & Service Foundations
To meet growing demand, our team grew from four to ten and our web design and development capabilities expanded. Many of our earliest clients are still with us today.
2018
We were named in the AFR Fast Starters list for 2018-2019.
This list recognises Australia’s fastest-growing startups. By year’s end, we’d grown to a global team of twenty.
2019
We took the leap to open our second office in New Zealand.
Based out of Auckland, our NZ team manage clients and new business ventures on both the South and North Island.
2020
Growth continued, driven by client referrals and results.
We were named in the AFR Fast 100 – a list of the fastest-growing companies in Australia.
2021
Ireland Office Opened
We opened our third office in Ireland to better support European clients and broaden our global delivery model.
2022
Brand Refresh & Strategic Refocus
Now a team of 30 across nine countries, we launched our refreshed brand and positioning focused on what matters most: clarity, performance, and results.
2023
Leadership Transition & Brand Relaunch
Ruth Chapman was appointed Group Managing Director as founder Elmo Stoop shifted focus to strategic growth. We relaunched our brand and website to reflect our values, people, and commitment to quality delivery.
2024
Smarter Tools, Faster Delivery
We developed proprietary tools to streamline content review, theme creation, and development workflows, integrating AI to boost speed, consistency, and quality across every project.
